UNF Coggin College of Business, has formed the Executive Education for Leadership Institute, offering three inter-related programs for business, governmental agencies and nonprofit organization leaders.

Our executive education and leadership development programs are designed for three levels of leaders:
- C-level executive leaders who are one or two levels from the CEO and who have responsibility for the future direction of the company or who have been identified as a key player in the organization’s succession plan.
- Individuals who are assuming the cross-functional responsibilitiesof organizational leadership and who have approximately 5-10 years of experience, either as a manager or functional specialist. These individuals have either recently been promoted to divisional responsibility or who have excellent prospects for senior leadership within their organization.
- Entry to mid-level managers who may have spent most of their careers in a technical area or one or two functional business areas and are now assuming P&L responsibilities. This level also includes entrepreneurs who, while watching his or her business develop, feels the need for an understanding of management concepts and
tools necessary to continue to successfully grow the business.
Whatever the level of leadership or whether you are looking to build your own leadership skills and talents to prepare for the future, you can count on UNF to offer world class executive education and leadership development programs in Florida that:
